This well balanced coffee is a blend of 4 high grown estate coffees from Central and South America. Overall, the blend has a solid, creamy body with distinct plum and citrus notes. The butter toffee flavour with a vanilla finish makes it a delight to drink. It drinks well either as a short black or as a milk based coffee.
Our Mountain High Blend consists of the following origins:
Mexico: Fully washed, sundried arabica beans from Cordoba, Veracruz regions. Rich flavour, raisin, plum, dark chocolate , elegantly smooth tasting notes.
Guatemala: Fully Washed Arabica Beans from San Miguel Pochuta, Chimaltenango, Atitlán region. Fine dark chocolate, nutty, smooth tasting notes.
Colombia: Fully Washed Arabica Beans from the Cauca region. Sweet, cherry, milk chocolate, crisp, subtle tasting notes.
Panama: Washed Arabica Beans from a family run farm, operating since 1898 in the famous coffee growing region of Boquete. Smooth, balanced, lollipop sweetness, watermelon, pear and apple.
