Our passion for South America goes back a long way. Inca Coffee Roasters’ Founder, the late Lew Pulbrook, headed for the shores of South America in 1979 and became one of the original pioneers of this region, driving adventure travellers on overland buses from Colombia to Brasil for over 35 years.
Lew was always a coffee enthusiast and it seemed a natural progression to combine a passion for good coffee with his passion for South America. In 2012, Lew began a small coffee roasting operation from his farm in Glenning Valley NSW. Having lived and worked in Latin America for such a long time, Lew gained an in-depth knowledge of their premium coffee growing regions and estates. From this passion, “Inca Coffee Roasters” was born.
In late 2020, Lew chose to sell his boutique coffee business to old family friends, Glen and Bek. Bek had been working under the guidance of Lew for some time, learning the craft of roasting, before assuming full responsibility for Inca Coffee Roasters’ production. Glen and Bek have continued to provide customers with the service and products expected from Inca Coffee Roasters, with their keen eye for detail and attention to quality.
